As part of our level 2 qualification we are required to take part in 30 hours worth of work experience. In these sessions we will focus on customer care in preparation for joining industry.

                      Week 1

Today was very frustrating trying to set up this blog as their was many difficulties and complications with the server, but in the end I managed to do it successfully and now I have a new way of recording information in commercial lessons. Our main focus in our treatments is customer care,retail and sales. We will be offering promotions to increase the turn over during our work experience sessions. I am very pleased with how I have started my blog and can't wait to keep you all updated on my work experience and commercial lessons.
